Make an Impression with Dark Brushed Metal Business Cards
Another 13th Element exclusive: the dark luxury brush is one of our most beautiful cards. We use an oxidising process to darken the surface of the metal. Unlike the anodised matt black cards, the card retains the cold tactile qualities and beautiful aesthetics of metal; it looks absolutely fantastic. The slightly brown reflection works very well with gold and white print.
Cut throughs are possible with this card style and are actively encouraged for maximum uniqueness. This card really deserves the less-is-more approach!
Based on a marine grade stainless steel the sheet metal is brushed. We use an oxidising process known as bluing to darken the metal. To apply the details, such as logos and text, shallow channels are etched and unique permanent silk print is applied into the channels. With the text being below the surface, your cards are sure to last a lifetime. Alternatively, text can be simply silk printed or etched.

Step 1
We start by taking your ideas, your logo image and any font files or ideas you may have. We’ll also need the details (name, number, email etc) for the cards. Some of our customers like to draw sketches or simply describe what you want your card to look like.
Step 2
Our design team creates a mockup that matches your specification. We will offer advice on materials and anything else you may want added. We can amend the design until you are completely happy with it.
Step 3
Production time. This is when you card is made. This is no quick process, but then you can’t rush perfection! Once your metal cards are ready they will be delivered the next day to anywhere in the UK (or anywhere in the world in a couple of days).

Make an Impression with Matt Metal Business Cards
Matt black is our most popular style card and rightly so. The black matt cards are both elegant and subtle, giving the ultimate first impression. The stainless steel base provides strength and can be produced in a custom shape and with cut throughs. The card becomes black through an anodising process before silk and ink printing completes the main manufacturing. A gloss black overlay can be applied to the matt black to add subtle detail. Alternatively, the base metal can be etched before anodising, to make a simple background texture.
Your business cards will be dispatched to any UK address free of charge. Production can take up to 7 working days… you simply can’t rush perfection! Your cards will be individually wrapped in transparent sleeves and boxed securely.
